●Do you know what I desire more than anything? You, your time, your attention, your friendship, your intercession, your dreams and desires, because all these things make up our relationship. It’s not just one-sided, and even though I know everything, it is the communing over your life and the impartation that comes when we fellowship and have that close time together that I really enjoy. You are not a robot that I desire that you obey my every command while you fan Me and feed Me grapes.

◇I made the grapes and the palm fronds for you to enjoy. When you worship Me with your whole heart, there is a melding that takes place that doesn’t happen at any other time. Your faith ascends to a place of confident trust that causes us to become One. My Spirit within you is energized when you worship and pray and intercede because you are joining with Me for a common purpose as it unfolds to you.

●It is more than something I desire it actually produces something within you and within the people and the atmosphere around you that is powerful and effective. Praise stills the avenger because he cannot penetrate that atmosphere of faith and the force field of worship. In this he has no weapon to fight with. In worship you are submitted to Me and so when you resist, he must flee. You have authority in the earth, just as Jesus used His authority by saying, it is written, when He was tempted of the devil.

◇You have the same authority; your weapons are mighty. My Word is living, active, and full of power, sharper than any two-edged sword, penetrating as far as the division of the soul and spirit (the completeness of a person) and of both joints and marrow (the deepest parts of our nature) exposing and judging the very thoughts and intentions of the heart. The angels hearken to the voice of My Word; they are listening, so what are you saying?
