Psalms 104:34 teaches us that our meditation of the Lord can be sweet according to KJV. The other versions show us that God finds pleasure in our mediation.
Psalm 1:2 tells us who meditates on the Lord, it is He who delights in the Lord’s instruction.
We already know from psalm 119:130 that the meditation of the Lord brings understand and Light.
Psalm 63:6 defines for us that this mediation can be used in the watches of the night or in the day.
Why do we meditate on God and His word.
- Brings light and Understanding
- Causes us to grow spiritually
- It brings pleasure to the Lord.
- It can act as a weapon, especially in night watches.
