In the journey of Christianity and grace, we have had people who have been hurt, and walk around with that burden.

Remember, God, says leave the vengeance to me. And oftentimes, God executes the vengeance according to His will. Okay, that’s not the issue.

The issue is that oftentimes, like Jonah, we often sit back and wait to witness the vengeance in action. And at times, God may have heard their repentant pleas and not poured out his wrathfully on them.

This is when we end up frustrated and hurting from within. You see, Jonah was hurting because He wanted exactly the wrath of God to come. Even after the gourd had been eaten he still got the heat of the sun and got angry.

You see, God is God, and does not think like man, once you have handed your case to God, for Him to deal with it, let Him be God and you His child. Don’t script or play His role.
