Rom 5:20 KJV Moreover the law entered, that the offense might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound:

The biggest difference between the dispensation of grace and that of the law is that your right standing with God was based on dos and donts based on the law of Moses.

And the problem was that because of this, the amount of offense was great. Because if you disobeyed one law you would have forsaken all the laws and was an outcast from God.

Grace however allows you to be right with God because it is about your personal relationship with God

However, we shouldn’t continue to disregard the law because of grace. No. Grace through love covers the multitude of sins but sin is still sin that ought to be taken before God in repentance.

Grace gives us the ability to go before the Throne of God without having laws and curtains that bar us. But remember that in the throne of grace we also ask for mercy and help.

Mercy and help to continue in the state of righteousness Christ gave us.

So grace gives us freedom from the judgment of the law but still requires us to keep the law of the word of God.
