Psalms 104:27-28
All creatures look to you to give them their food at the proper time. When you give it to them, they gather it up; when you open your hand, they are satisfied with good things.

God is a good God who never ceases to satisfy our heart’s desires.

But whatever He gives to us has to be in accordance with His will. And therefore has to be something that is aligned to His perfect will.

James says that we ask because we ask amiss to gratify our fleshly desires. This is outside God’s will

God is willing to satisfy us to the fullness but we have to be aligned to His will.
